Nahdi is the largest pharmacy chain in Saudi Arabia, serving millions of customers. GBot joined the project to stabilize and improve a Flutter application that was already live and operating at national scale.

The Nahdi app handles online ordering and customer engagement for a major retail operation. When GBot joined, the product was in production but underperforming and risky to evolve — the kind of codebase where every change has to be made carefully because real customers are using it right now.
