Overview

Change2go delivers structured coaching methodologies through a mobile experience designed to feel calm, accessible, and personal. As adoption grew, its original technical foundation began to limit how fast the product could move and how far it could scale — so we rebuilt it without losing its coaching philosophy.

The Challenge

A legacy codebase was slowing development just as the product faced enterprise expectations: reliability, accessibility, multilingual content, and white-label deployments for multiple clients. The rebuild had to raise the technical bar while preserving the calm, methodical experience the product is known for.
