Change2go is an AI-powered personal coaching platform that brings decades of organizational consulting expertise directly to employees and managers. Originally built with Objective-C and a PHP backend, GBot modernized the application to Flutter and Firebase, dramatically improving architecture, performance, and scalability. The platform provides personalized leadership guidance, is deployable as a White Label solution for enterprise use, and supports multilingual localization (English and German).
